By using Talkmax you agree to these terms. They cover acceptable use, account responsibilities, and the limits of our service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your verification credentials safe. You must be at least 13 to use Talkmax.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or hateful conduct
- No spam, scams, or impersonation
- No content that violates applicable law
- No attempts to disrupt the service or other users
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, evolve, or be discontinued with notice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Talkmax is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
